WRS Materials produces wafers in all diameters from 50.2mm to 300mm. We also customize wafers to accommodate the precise specifications of our customers
Prime Wafers
We supply prime polished wafers that meet or exceed the standards of Semiconductor Equipment and Materials International (SEMI). We also build customized wafers that meet our customers’ own precise standards.
Test Wafers
WRS Materials produces test-grade and monitor wafers that our clients use in testing and sampling their processes employed on semiconductor fabrication lines. Test wafers are virtually identical to prime wafers in terms of surface quality and cleanliness, but they may be produced with specifications that are more open than SEMI s Standards delineate.
Silicon on Insulator Technology
With highly capable furnaces and polishing tools, WRS Materials is able to meet customer silicon-on-insulator needs for substrates of 100mm to 300mm. We accommodate SOI requests for development of small quantities as well as ongoing requirements.
WRS Materials processes all stages of its SOI products within its own facilities.
